By becoming aware of who we are and venturing to recognize what we need to heal, we will connect with the transformative and healing power of the elemental beings that compose us, elevating consciousness and making our journey through this plane a joyful experience. It is a journey of self-recognition through working with the elementals.

AKASHA (ETHER)
We will observe the information that is available in the ethereal plane to recognize and heal ourselves. We will gaze at the stars and the map drawn in the sky at the moment of our birth.
VAIU (AIR)
The air will be present in our consciousness, in our breath, in the pranayamas, in the words and language we share, in the air that embraces and refreshes us.
AGNI (FIRE)
We will invoke Surya, the sun father, and connect with the fire. We will ignite our internal flame to begin stirring the contents stored within us.
APA (WATER)
We will connect with the waters that dwell within us and the information they contain. We will allow the water to flow, running from within us, releasing all emotions and sensations.
BHUMI (EARTH)
We will connect with the Mother who supports and shelters us. With complete presence and awareness, we will sow the processes we have worked on into the earth, in order to harvest a new perspective.
