Cancellation charges vary depending on the travel date. Minimum cancellation charges are as follows:

• 100% penalty 14-0 days
• Early departures, 2 nights penalty
• No shows, 100% of the purchase price
The following Holiday periods are subject to additional cancellation charges:
- Panama Independence Day’s: 11/28/21-11/29/21
- Holiday/ Christmas: 12/25/21-1/1/2022
• Cancel for FREE 31 days prior to arrival
• 100% penalty 30-0 days
• Early departures, Non-Refundable, 100% of the purchase price

LA CORALINA ISLAND HOUSE will not disclose any personal information to any outside party without your knowledge or consent. Details of your travel arrangement or your clients will not be revealed to any outside party except as necessary to process their reservation and travel arrangements.

GOVERNING APPLICABLE LAW
Any disputes arising out of or related to this Website shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Panamá. Hence you expressly waive any other jurisdiction or forum that you might be entitled to for any reason. If any provision of this documents of Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
